Lewis has been the heart and soul of the Ravens defense.
We may have seen the last of Ray Lewis on the field. He tore his right tricep Sunday in the Ravens win over the Cowboys. Lewis had 52 tackles and 1 sack through 6 weeks this season. He is not only the vocal leader of the Ravens defense but is still very productive in his 17th season. Lewis has 13 Pro Bowls, 2 Defensive Players of the Year and a Super Bowl MVP over his career. He has 1,573 tackles, 41.5 sacks and 31 interceptions in his years in Baltimore. If this is the end for the Ray Lewis he will go down as a defensive great and a shoe in to Canton.

Lewis was the MVP of the Ravens Super Bowl win in 2000.

He has 1,573 tackles and 41.5 sacks over 17 seasons in Baltimore.
